Finally fiber! Everyone I've dealt with from placing my order to installation has been very pleasant and helpful. Christopher was my installation tech, and he was very thorough, and did not leave until he was sure the signal was up and running 100% and available throughout the house. He even offered to reconnect my devices. Very happy so far.

     IQ Fiber was installed in our home yesterday by Daniel. He was efficient, polite, and considerate. He included me in decisions re equipment placement and asked before drilling small holes for wires. He made it easy for me (I’m not a techy person) and even helped me connect a land line and a Google Chromecast. I am very pleased with the product and Daniel’s work.

     Decided to move to IQfber as our previous supplier was using us as a cash cow. Seamless transition, they did everything they said they would do within time, specification and price. No frills, just great service. My Broadband service is no longer an issue!
